We have received an ask to have the classic dashboards (pa_dashboard) visible & accessible inside SOPS workspace via a page within the Service Operations Workspace.
Is this possible, or will classic dashboards not open within Workspace?
There is no way to add pa_dashboards to a workspace, you can only potentially add a quick link to them.
The best approach would be to switch to platform analytics / next experience dashboards and those can be exposed easily in any workspace (why you create new page you will have template page called "Dashboard" that will do it. From Washington release you can migrate your responsive dashboards to platform analytics (note that the change would be for entire instance). This is the recommended approach also because in the future (Zurich) you will be anyways forced to migrate.
