How to set categories based on Region

Hi Team,

I have fields called "Region" and Category.

Right Now I have already 10 categories in Category field, Now I have created two new categories also in that choices list, that two new choices needs to visible only to Germany Region only.

If I have selected Region as Germany, Now In Category list It needs to show 12 Categories in the choices list.

If I have selected Region as UK, then it needs to show only 10 categories in the choices list.

You need to establish a relationship between Region and Category, similar to how we have Category and Subcategory.
