How to set HR Agent workspace as default landing page for the users having sn_hr_core.basic role?

I have a requirement to set HR Agent workspace as default landing page for the users having sn_hr_core.basic role and for all other users landing page should be default landing page that comes OOB.
How can we achieve it?

users with sn_hr_core.basic role are usually HR agents who work on HR Cases

what do you mean by all other users? which landing page of HR Agent workspace they need to see?

Out of the box there is only 1 Landing page available in HR Agent Workspace
