I have 3 user types, incident management, problem management, change management. I currently use the Service Operations Workspace and wanted to make the landing page show info related to the type of user. Right now it shows incidents info to all users, I would like it to show open problems to problem management, and open changes to change management. Is this possible? If so how do I do this? I am relatively new to Workspace

Hello @F3nix ,
In UI builder open the landing page settings and go to bottom, you will find the audiance option. Using that you can restrict landing pages using roles as well as you can use user criteria as well.
Here you will available audiences. if you wanted to create a new one, click on "Open Audiences in plateform" and using that you can custom audiences.
I am personally using this option, so it should working for you.

@F3nix : Yes, this can be done by configuring the page variants for the required landing page. Refer to the below documentation and the screenshot from UI Builder to see where to make the change.
As this is OOB workspace, try accessing the workspace with this link replacing your instance URL: https://devxxxxx.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/experience/aa881cad73c4301045216238edf6a716
Please mark this as correct answer and helpful if it resolved, or mark this helpful if this help you to reach towards solution.

I think I need more info. Right now I have a variant
I also have separate audiences
I have no idea what I am doing. When I impersonate the change management user they still see the OOTB SOW landing page even though I made the variant the first in order.

How many landing pages do you have right now? And for which page you created a varient?
As per my knowledge you don't need a varient unless and until you are making changes OOTB page itself. If not really required please disable the varient and try again and please provide what results you are getting. Because changing to first should show the page.
