How to set redirecting function in Dataset Component in Ui builder

Hi folks, 

 

   I have requirement in ui builder. If I click on the items in Dataset it will got the Exact Data form.

If I click any of the Dataset item it will redirect to the same form of the item content. Can anyone help me with requirement.
