How to user Declarative Action Script/Client/Record Condition

We have created the declarative action for the related list. My requirement is to show or hide UI action based on the record selected in the related list via checkbox.

I haven't found a relevant article related to it.

Can someone explain how to use this condition?

Declarative List Actions do not handle conditions  This article is useful but in addition to this action need to be add in Action Configuration otherwise it wont work.
