hr agent workspace red bullet

Hello,

When using an agent workspace, I got an unexpected red bullet on the assigned_to field visible occasionally in the list view.

I couldn't find it under the highlighted values or in the styles.

Any other ideas where to find it?

Got only user-created picture, because i was unable to reproduce the issue.

got only this in styles

and it refers to VIP status
