We have ITSM and HRSD in our instance and the global search capabilities for itil vs sn_hr_core_basic are different. The itil role allows me to find incidents and tasks by using keywords from the global search/SOW search field. As HR agent I am not able to find HR cases when typing keywords within the global search/HR Agent Workspace search field. Any suggestions on what is driving these permissions?
