Did you impersonate the Admin and Platform User? If not, please do so and then proceed with the task.

just follow steps that  describe in course and perform task accordingly with proper validation it will help you to complete course.

the message after rejection validation mentioned impersonation, to do so, please follow these steps:

Perhaps the steps were done correctly but with incorrect user, it might require you to redo the steps again after the impersonation (there shall be a red line in the top of your screen).
