I can not select a Theme in UI Builder

Trying Branding and Theming so went thru the documentation (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-u...) to created a Style and created a new Theme.

But when I want to choose this Theme the only thing a get is: 

Have I missed something?

Hi, unfortunately your screenshot is not displayed. However, what you can check is:

  • For a theme to be set globally for all users:
    the glide.ui.polaris.theme.custom property must point to the sys_id of the theme.
  • For theme variants to be selected by users in their preferences:
    the glide.ui.polaris.dark_themes_enabled property must be set to true.

I see the same. No manage or Editor is showing in the banner. I am admin. I see it in my PDI but not in my clients instance> see attached.
