Is there a way for At a Glance to not default clicked on HR agent workspace

We have a requirement that when an HR case is opened that At a Glance does not automatically open

On the contextual side panel, we need to have at a Glance not automatically clicked once an HR case is opened. Probably moving up the agent assist button but not sure how.

so the details in the image you shared should not open by default and should show only when clicked?

If yes then try to rearrange the icons

Contextual side Panel - Can you set a default or change the icon order?

I was already on that article and seems the menus are on protected policy and unable to rearrange. And yes to answer your question, it should only show when clicked, not automatically or by default.
