Missing out of the box Active field on the core_company table

Hi team,

I am not able to see the OOB active check box on the core_company table in my Personal PDI but I have the same check box in my company instance. Why is this happening ? could someone please help me to understand?

Hi Gowtham,

 

OOB in ServiceNow, we don't have an Active field. In your organization/client instance somebody would have created it as a custom field. If you go into Dictionary value of Active field, the backend name would start with 'u_' . Probably it would be u_active.

Please look at the screenshot in this thread, my instance has this field, not to sure how this field got created, I looked at the profile based on created by, we don't have that user profile. please help

@Gowtham29 OOTB there is no active field defined on the core_company table. There might be a custom active field on your companies instance.
