Agent Assist component is missing when HR agent accepts chat interaction in HR Configurable workspac

When HR agents accept interaction of type 'chat' in HR configurable workspace 'Agent assist' component is missing.
But for us when we open any active interaction chats in HR workspace it's there, but for agent it's hidden.
Table configuration is configured correctly for interaction table and action assignment used that table configuration, when to display condition is active true.
Please provide the solution.
