Need to make Additonal Comments Default in Workspace and Now agent Application

Hello, 

 

I would like to default the Additional Comment (Customer Visible) as default instead of work notes in workspace and Now Agent application 

 

Also I need to know from where this share comment toggle is populated in Now agent application
