New to UI Builder catalog wizard. Need help

1) What we need to give in sys_id of the record? is it composite record producer name or catalog wizard name?

 or anything else?

2) When i click submit it is showing "Unable to update the record" ? Please help

3) Any good material or video for this Catalog wizard UI builder?

4) if i move away from the page by saving the catalog wizard. Will it be saved in some place? how to reterive?
