Next experience ui - Side bar chat Accept button not visible

Hi,

 

In my instance in Next experience UI, the accept button on side bar connections(chat area) is not visible. 

But it was visible in UI 16 view. How can i make "Accept" button visible , so that service desk agents can see the chat request.

Hi @Gousia Syed1 ,

 

This functionality is incorporated in Service operations workspace (SOW).

 

Please follow these steps:

1. In the left nav, search for service operations workspace.

2. on the landing page, look for the inbox option.

3.  Agents must set their status to 'Active' to receive chats.
