Not able to create new page from UI Builder

Hi , I am trying to create a new page in our customer service now instance (Yokohama patch 3).
But it fails with 400 error.
Bad Request (400) : An Error has occurred. Please refresh or contact Support.
Steps:
1. Go to UI Builder.
2. Select the existing experience or create a new experience.
3. Click on the + icon next to Pages and variants
4. Add the required details
5. at the end getting below error -
Any help to resolve this is greatly appreciated.
