OOTB Declarative action assignment is not working in SOW

Under SOW, "New" action assignment for create a new Knowledge article is not working.

After clicking on the action, no response is received.

 

Could anyone help me what could be the issue?

Could you share screenshot of the button in question and more details around the action assignment? Have you customized the declarative action and target record page at all? Does anything happen when the button is clicked? Are there any errors in your browser console?

Hi Bead,

 

No , we didn't do any customization. the button is not responsive and it didn't show any error message.

You could share here the screenshot, so he would know exactely which button it is. Did you try to raise it as a high ticket to SN support?
