OOTB Declarative action assignment is not working in SOW

Under SOW, "New" action assignment for create a new Knowledge article is not working.

After clicking on the action, no response is received.

 

Could anyone help me what could be the issue?

Hi @mp_10 - No, not yet . I am waiting for the solution.

We have this working for admin users, but not for knowledge_manager roles.  😞
