Overview section in Service operations workspace does not show report in grid view (Card view)

Hi all,

I am new to Service operations workspace implementation

I have requirement were i need a report kind of data to be added in the overview section in the landing homepage

I have used the data visualization component in ui builder and configured event handlers

It is working in list view but not in grid view

I have followed this post

can someone help out me with this please
