Page variant does not work

Hi!
I am trying to do some minor adjustments to the Service Operations Workspace.

I have created a Page Variant of the "Incident Overview SNC"-page, set a lower Order value on my variant and did some minor changes on my variant. However when opening an incident in Service Operations Workspace, the original variant is used and my changes is not there.

I would suggest to check the event or script associated with button in UI Builder, which should redirect you to this page. If they are using link to destination OOB event it might be there's hardcoded OOB page variant.

I am facing the same issue here. I just wanted to check if you were able to figure out any solution to fix the issue.

I have created a new variant of Incident Overview page and deleted Resolution section which is no necessary for us. As we cannot deactivate OOB variant, the only option was to set the order to 0 on my custom variant.

You need to navigate from srp record, rather than record snc. try creating variants to subpages under srp record.
