I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Here, you will get a refresh button—keep refreshing, mate.

Hi @NIKILESUVART

AT your end , for your instance, backend service outage is going on.

  • Wake up your instance: Log in to the ServiceNow Developer Site, navigate to your Manage Instance dashboard, and click the Wake up  button directly from there.
  • Clear Cache:  Open an Incognito/Private Browser window, log in to your developer profile, and launch the instance.
  • Allow Time for Boot-up: PDIs routinely take up to 10-15 minutes to wake up. Do not refresh the page repeatedly while it is loading, as this can interrupt the background startup process and push it back into hibernation.
  • Wait or Release & Request new instance: Because PDIs do not have dedicated support, you might have to wait 24-48 hours if ServiceNow is performing backend maintenance. If the issue persists and you are willing to lose your data, you can release the PDI on the portal and provision a fresh one.
