Can you share some of your configuration to help you troubleshoot? How is the playbook component tied to the workspace (CSM workspace or SOW?).

@Braden Semonovi did you ever find a resolution for this issue?

Hello everyone,
could anyone find a solution here?
We integrated the playbook via the record generator.
This is also displayed correctly.
However, when entering in the first stage, the loading process is permanent. The ticket is created correctly in the background.
If I close the TAB of the ticket and reopen it, I am in the next stage and can continue the playbook. If I complete the second stage with "Mark Complete", I immediately end up in the third stage.
So our mistake is only when creating the incident from the first stage to the second.
I would be very grateful for a tip.
Best regards
Oliver
