When scrolling over applications or favorites in the application navigator (utilizing classic UI) popovers appear and will not go away. We have to click away or refresh the page for the popovers to go away.
Troubleshooting done --
Checked to see if we have onmouseover & onmouseout in the sc_catalog_homepage_item macro. (not present)
Checked to see if there were any popover components in the UI Builder. (none)
