I have a question related to domain separation, maybe some of you have experienced the same behavior.
We have domain separation installed and enrolled several clients, and we have users who have domain visibility over multiple domains, but when specific domain is selected, users are able to see records from all domains they have visibility to, not only records from that specific domain selected.
Do you know if there is any possibility by using OOtB functionalities to restrict this? So that if user has Domain Visibility set to Domain A, Domain B and Domain C, but user selects Domain A, when going to the list of Incidents user will be able to see only Incidents from Domain A, when going to created and Incident user will see only Callers from Domain A, Groups from Domain A, Services from Domain A etc.
I know this is possible with ACLs, but I want to see if is possible without customization.
