Scope access in UI Builder

I have created a new custom application in my Personal Developer Instance few days ago. Now I am trying to build Workspace with page variant. To create different pages with different variants, I am unable to access the scope ( Healthcare OPs )in UI Builder, but it is in PDI home page.

Could you please try changing the scope from Native View and then go to the UI Builder to check?
