Sidebar - Discuss button does not show in Agent Workspace

Hi all,

According to this document - Sidebar (servicenow.com), I think the Discuss button should be available in agent workspace (now/workspace/agent). However, it does not have it.

I added this button in following this article - LINK. It does not work in our instance (there is a Discuss button, but nothing appears when you press it).

The "omni-experience standard feature set" plugin version is 2.0.6. In my PDI, the version is 3.0.7 (I'm not sure if this is the cause or not

Is there anyway I can add this button to Agent Workspace or make it work in Service Operations Workspace.

Sidebar is only available to configurable workspaces, not agent workspace. It should be available for Service Operations Workspace using that KB as long as the Next Experience UI is turned on.

Thank you Brad,

Maybe something has been customized, I can use it in ITIL view, can also open side bar using top header but cannot use the Discuss button

Still finding solution for this

Did you go through all the steps in the article? Have you created a variant of the record page in SOW?

Yes, I did all the steps,

In my PDI, the last step is actually not needed
