I was able to change the colors by making the following changes:
- Go to UX Themes(sys_ux_theme) > Open your custom theme record
- In the 'Compositional: App Theme' section open the 'Colors' record
- Search for the highlighted elements and update them to the desired colors
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe

Hi @rahulraj06,
You can easily do this by using Theme Builder. Go to App -> Theme Builder; there you will find all the options regarding the banner frame and dashboard, which include fonts, colors, themes, logos, etc.
