Tasks Page not loading lists on Audit Workspaces

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Workspaces and currently working on a task page(workqueue) page in Audit Workspace. [Tasks Page]. I am facing an issue in Workspace where clicking on a list item is not loading/opening the corresponding record in the Tasks page. On click in the list menu, nothing happens. Even though I clicked on Evidence Requests list, I am able to see Engagement list on Tasks Page.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Are there any configurations related to page routing, navigation, or record page setup that I should verify?

Could someone please help me understand what configuration I might be missing? Any guidance on navigation, event handling, or page setup would be really helpful.

Check KB: KB0863424 Lists are not loaded in new workspaces (Blank Page) 

Workaround

Apply below workaround if you are running into this issue and the custom workspace was created prior to Paris Patch 2:

  1. Navigate to the sys_aw_master_config (Workspace) table and find the associated workspace that you created. Open the associated sys_aw_master_config record for the workspace created.
  2. Navigate to the "Workspace Modules" tab, located in the related list section of the associated workspace created in step 1. Find the "Lists" module and open the associated sys_aw_module (Module) record.
  3. In the "Module Content View" section/tab on that record. Modify the Content Component (content_component) column and find & select the associated "sn-workspace-list-module" UX Component (sys_ux_lib_component record) where deprecated=false and tag=sn-workspace-list-module.
  4. Save the associated "Lists" module record.
  5. Navigate to the workspace (the URL for the workspace can be found in the associated sys_aw_master_config record in the "related links" section) and verify that the associated list view for the table selected in step 1 displays in your custom workspace.
