Theme Builder not installing from plugins

Hello Dears,

Recently, I enrolled in the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - on demand course and have an i open instance to do lab exercises (Xandau). when I reached lab 2.1.1 where working with theme builder is required, I searched for it in all in the nav bar and could not find it. After some research, i checked plugins and found that it needs to be installed. When i try to install it hits me with an error:

Installation failed
Theme Builder
Unable to download app package

as seen in the attached picture. 

Please assist.

It's better to log a Now Learning support case with the team. Since this is a lab instance, they are the right team to provide technical guidance. If the plugin is required as part of the lab, they should be able to install or enable it for you.

I used Zurich version and it worked.

It means you are already on the Zurich lab instance, and the issue was related to the lab environment. I’m happy that the issue has now been resolved.

Hi @Ali_ch 

Please use latest version course with Zurich .  It is always recommended to go through latest version learning course.

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - On Demand 

In Lab instance -> you do not need to install anything separately. As per learning doc, all generally installed .

Note: If still you are sticking to Xanadu (older version course).. then terminate the course-> request new one.. I am pretty sure it will work there..
