Hello guys,
Lately I have been setting up the CSM Configurable Workspace for agents to start using it.
I have been asked if it is possible that the Time Worked field (Timer Field) in the incidents appears exactly the same as in the main UI. Let me explain: In the main UI you can add hours and minutes directly, while in the Workspace you have to click on the edit button and there they are added. It's just one extra click, but they would prefer to avoid it if possible.
Is there any way to achieve this? I've searched in different posts, but I haven't found anything similar.
Please find attached pictures to show the difference.
Best regards,
Enrique.

I just checked on my OOB Yokohama workspace and it's still the same. There doesn't seem to be a different way to handle this. I created a new 'timer' field just to see how it works and it is handled the same. Timer fields need a 'click' to open on workspaces. I wouldn't go into the code behind this to change it. Even if you are able to reach it, it would make it your responsibility to maintain.
I am also wondering what the difference is. Classic view has you click in the field and you can fill in the time. Workspace has you click on the pencil and you can fill in the time. It's the same amount of clicks (1).
