UI Builder: How to change the view of a form component

Hello experts

I just started using UI Builder in Yokohama version.

How can I change the View of a Form component from the default to another View I've created?

The View property of the Data source is set to the view pill shown by default, but no other views are set.

Even if I enter the view name manually, it does not change.

Best regard.

Hi @senon

- To display the view you've created, you need to specify the view name under "Form controller" either in the "View" or "Forced View Name" field. Use static data and enter the name of your custom view.

- Alternatively, you can use the "Client State Parameter" method by setting your view name as the initial value.

Please refer to the screenshot for guidance.

Hello @prerna_sh , @senon,

I was looking for some assistance here,

I have created a new page variant and using the form controller I did provide the name of the custom form in the view and the forced view even then the view that comes ups is the default of the parent controller, I even did add a client state parameter for the view, still it shows the default form.

Looking for guidance.

Thanks & Regards,

Samakshi
