(URGENT!) Change native UI theme as per company/domain on a domain separated instance

Hello,

We have a domain separated instance for different companies.

We would like to change the native UI theme as per the company or the domain of the logged in user (any one approach is fine).

We are able to change the portal theme via company record but the native UI theme is not changing.

No matter what colors we give and map it to the company record, it still shows us the Polaris theme. Only the logo changes.

Would like urgent guidance on this.

I did try Theme Builder but i do not understand how associate the theme with the company/domain.

If you can help with that part.
