Evening/morning all
I have an issue in HR Agent workspace in which none of the records are opening from the home page. when clicking on the record number I get javascriptvoid(); on the bottom left hand side of the page. This issue only happens when clicking into records on the home page within report widgets. For instance if I click on a record in the lists view it opens fine. the first snippet below shows a sample report widget, if I click on any of the case numbers no reports open.
in the second snippet below, from the lists view I can open the same records that I cant open in the above screenshot
Any thoughts?
