Vancouver PDI issues

I am unable to see anything after I log in to my PDI vancouver, anymore. It shows the URL as:

https://[my instance ID].service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/%24pa_dashboards_overview.do

The status of PDI shows : online

I Refreshed my PDI [not reset], from my servicenow account menu

After logging in, did cache.do

Cleared browser cache, closed browser, relaunched browser

This has been happening since last 3-4 days.

I am hesitant in releasing and getting a new PDI as I have had this PDI since several months and have work in it.

Does anyone have a solution or tips to try to fix this? Have you been experiencing similar issues?

Hi @SC15 ,

I don’t see any alternative other than release your instance and request a fresh installation, now that you have tried to refresh and waited some days.

Thanks for your suggestion, @AndersBGS -

That will be last resort I have in mind.

In your past experience, have you experienced such with your PDIs?

I am experiencing it first time with Vancouver upgrade of my PDI. Thinking about opening a support ticket to see if any resolution they may have.

Hi @SC15 ,

no, never heard about any similar through the community of experienced it by myself - though I have noticed, that the menu is a little slow to load in my upgraded PDI Vancouver version, but only some seconds.

I do understand the frustration and why it’s last resort, but do also remember that there are not so whatever support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs - hence, we are left till our self when issues occur.
