View rule on HR workspace

I tried creating a view rule with a condition only assigned to person whose country is Brazil can access the Brazil View on HR workspaceUIB but its working for all users who are not in group as well as whose country is not Brazil. If user doesn't have country Brazil then they can have access of workspace UIB view.

After defining workspaces like: agent workspace or HR workspace its working for all.

your current condition is based on Assignment group field

Where is the check for Logged in user's country Brazil?
