Hello experts,
We encountered an issue wherein some of the special characters for the user_id is not allowed for SSO login and causes error. An example is the "%" sign. Do anyone of you have any idea about the documentation or resource regarding this topic.
Thanks,
Regards

I would recommend you to please connect with your SSO identity provider who can exactly tell you the allowed characters for the user identifiers.
Thanks & Regards,

Hello,
Thanks for the reply but the main problem is seen without trying first with connecting via sso. When you create a user with a user id containing % sign for example, it is save in the record but you cannot login using that user id.
