Hi,
I have created a workspace with the help of UI Builder, but I forget to add roles. For some of the roles like admin only can see the data remaining can't see. Now, I need to add roles so that user can see the data. Please, help me to find the answer for this question.
For some of the roles, it is showing like this. So help to how to add roles for workspace, so that users can see the data.

Did you also verify if they have the table access in the backend?

Impersonate the person and go the table in the full-filler view. If they can see the data, they have the roles.
Now, you need to add roles to the UI builder pages and workspace. Open the workspace in UI builder and you’ll find the button to edit the settings.

For some of the roles, it's showing like the picture you have shared, that means the user has the access to the workspace but not to the reports that you have created. so for that you have to give report_view access to the user by configuring the ACL. once done you should be good.

Open associated ACL from UI builder and modify your ACL by adding required role.

@Kanimitha S Please check if there is ACL on that table restricting access. Check for report view ACL also

Hi @Ravi Peddineni , that's fine. Now I need to enable workspace to some roles. Like admin, Workspace_admin etc.. So that the users of that particular roles can view and edit the workspace. And I don't want all users to see workspace. Only some roles need to see the workspace module and access.

I'd like to understand better what the purpose and experience is for this workspace. Is this a custom workspace or OOB? Which table or app is it on? It sounds like you're trying to give different permissions to this workspace, do you need to give permission to users/viewers and admins/editors?

Hi @Suzanne H , this is custom workspace, I have created this for client purpose. I need to add roles to access this workspace. Previously while creating this workspace, I didn't remember what roles I add. So, now I need to check and based upon client requirement I need give access to role. So, where I can edit or add roles to grand access.

@Kanimitha S if you are asking about limiting access of workspace. You need to do ux_route read ACL's Please refer below
