workspaces and new UI not enabled from "itil" view.

Hi,

Here is the question asked by my manager. There is a different kind of new UI for Workspaces, dashboards or in general a new UI.

We have enabled it. We is it not shown from an itil view?

Is your ITIL use selected the right workspace? Bcz the screenshot you shared is from Workspace not from Native UI. Also check is the polaris system property is enabled or not?

Feels like this is SOW, Screenshot was quite small and cant see it clearly.

SOW (service Operations workspace) comes pre installed now and is avaivable for All ITIL  by default.

You can search for it form left nav and get to it.

You just have to train your users to start using it instead of native ui.
