Xanadu Project workspace - All project showing empty

After Upgrading to Xanadu version - Project Workspace , All project doesn't show up.
But Projects (pm_project) are available in Native UI.

Tried Updating sn_pw plugin to latest version & repaired the plugin- but no luck.

Any workaround this ?

We appear to have the same issue after installing Project Workspace 6.0.1.

Yes.  It turns out we had customized the selection criteria for the Workspace and SN had also updated it in the 6.0.1 update.

 

We had to revert to OOB and that resolved the issue.

 

Note to self: gotta pay attention to those "Skipped Records"!

I was about to go to bed, and I saw your reply, and I couldn't go to sleep without checking into skipped records on that plugin.  So you kept me up late, but it's fixed :).  Thank you!

I couldn't really get to the bottom of why the records were skipped, but that's a job for tomorrow.  I spot checked a few and they were all most recently updated by admin and didn't look customized to me (to be fair I did not check them all).  I decided to just revert all of them to base (in a Sandbox environment) and it fixed.  My guess is they were related to some record that had been customized.  This new ux stuff is a bit confusing, and difficult to troubleshoot/explain to the customer what happened!
