If you were at the last NC SNUG then you witnessed a great set of presentations including one by Ben Hollifield in which he showed off his latest and greatest custom apps within ServiceNow.   t the time his most popular app, Dynamic Knowledge Search v2, was the #2 most downloaded app, but very recently it's moved into number 1!
