Planning is officially underway for the 2026 North Carolina SNUG, and we're currently targeting mid-October for this year's event.
Last year's gathering brought together customers from across North Carolina to learn from one another, share successes and lessons learned, and connect with peers facing many of the same challenges. We're excited to continue building on that momentum in 2026.
We're beginning to shape the agenda and would love your input. Some topics currently generating interest include:
- AI Control Tower & AI Governance
- Moveworks and the ServiceNow AI Platform
- Autonomous Workforce & Agentic AI
- Collaborative Work Management (CWM)
- Digital End-User Experience (DEX)
We're also looking for a customer organization willing to host the event. To accommodate the growing community, we're seeking a venue that can support approximately 150 attendees. (Per SNUG guidelines, host locations must be customer organizations; partners cannot serve as hosts.)
In addition, we are seeking an event sponsor to help support food, refreshments, and attendee experiences.
And while it's still early in the planning process, we'd also love to hear from customers interested in sharing real-world experiences, lessons learned, and innovative use cases.
If you're interested in hosting, sponsoring, presenting, or simply have topic suggestions, please comment below or reach out directly to Anna Kinworthy <anna.kinworthy@servicenow.com>.
Looking forward to another great year of learning, networking, and collaboration across the North Carolina ServiceNow community!
