Hello, I'm trying to download the Splunk add on which is "free" but I keep getting this error. I'm doing it with my "Developers" ID. Any recommendations? Thanks !

Hi @amiringe,
when you get this page it means that you don't have access to the Store (and most likely not to the Partner Portal).
It seems you are using your personal account or your professional one is not given the right access -
you shall contact the Partner admin in your organisation to grant you the proper rights or ask another person with that access to perform the Splunk installation on your behalf.
You can login to this SSO "crossroad" to see where you have the access:
https://signon.service-now.com/sso
Let me know if that helped

hey, thanks so much for replying back. That helps a lot. Yeah, you are right, I'm using my personal email since using the Developer SNOW account to test something in my lab. I'm the "owner" so no Account team on it. Wonder if there's any way to get access to download "Free apps" specially in my case as a developer trying to do something.

Sorry @amiringe but the short answer is no, you can't access apps from the store without partner or customer credentials.
when you say you're using your developer account, I assume you mean an account linked to a PDI? Again, sorry, those accounts can't access the store.
