Is there a way to tie an LDAP server to a MID server cluster name when configuring the settings? The LDAP configuration is for LDAP imports. We have created a MID server cluster, with two MID servers in the Fail-over configuration. However, when configuring the LDAP server properties, there is only the individual MID servers available and not the MID server cluster name to select. Is this by nature, or am I missing something? If we select an individual MID server that is a member of the same cluster, will the other MID server become available for use if the one selected in the properties of the configuration of the LDAP servers properties becomes unavailable? Will it automatically use the other server in the cluster?

Hi Kevin,
Currently ServiceNow does not support MID server cluster being used with LDAP or JDBC.
This is a known issue and if you have business requirement you can raise an Enhancement Request.
Regards
Henry

Thanks Henry. Do you or anyone have a recommendation on how one might configure some redundancy for LDAP sync?
Thanks,
Kevin
