I recorded it with my friends at ServiceNow partner N2 Help & Solutions and during the webinar we dive into the platform to demonstrate some key Now Assist capabilities:

  • Incident summerization (a new feature within SecOps in the Xanadu release)
  • Automated chat reply generation, resolution note creation and case closure note generation (seen through the lens of a customer support agent working in the CSM module)
  • Text-to-code script generation
  • Application creation using natural language prompting
