Verify your Now Assist entitlement, upgrade to Zurich Patch 5 or Yokohama Patch 11 (minimum), install and update Now Assist store apps for agentic AI (Version 11.3.2 of Now Assist for IT Service Management if you’re on Yokohama Patch 11 and Version 12.1.1 of Now Assist for IT Service Management if you’re on Zurich Patch 5) and enable AI Search.
