Hi, I am starting to manage a new service now deployment project. Looking for a template to capture customer requirements for automating ITSO type of activities. (For example create a new project in AWS). Any recommendations for a template?

Thanks Oded

Hi @Oded Alf

Have a look in Now create, you might get some but you will get specific to SN not for AWS.

Thanks, I found some info in 'create'. I did not find any templates to learn from at the moment. So planning to use standard UML

Hi @Oded Alf

You can create your own UML diagram.
