Honeywell SGC (x_scada_honeywell) not available for Zurich – supported approach?

We are currently working with a customer who has already upgraded their ServiceNow instance to the Zurich family and is planning to implement Operational Technology (OT) capabilities along with related integrations.

We have identified two Honeywell-related applications from the ServiceNow Store:

Security Incident Response integration with Honeywell (x_scada_security_i)

This is available and compatible with Zurich.

Service Graph Connector for Honeywell CS (x_scada_honeywell)

This appears to only support Yokohama / Xanadu Patch 5, and is not available for Zurich.

Our questions:

Is Service Graph Connector for Honeywell CS planned to be supported for Zurich in the near future?

If not, what is the recommended approach for integrating Honeywell Cyber Insights / Cyber Watch asset inventory data into CMDB (OT tables) on Zurich?

Is this connector primarily designed for Cyber Insights, or does it also fully support Cyber Watch as a source of asset data?

Are there any alternative supported integration patterns (e.g., IntegrationHub ETL, custom ingestion, or other connectors) recommended by ServiceNow for Zurich environments?

Context:

Our customer intends to integrate both Honeywell Cyber Insights and Honeywell Cyber Watch for additional OT-related data. However, without the availability of the Honeywell SGC on Zurich, it is unclear how asset ingestion should be implemented.

If anyone has experience successfully integrating Honeywell Cyber Watch with Zurich instances, or if there are known workarounds or ETL strategies, I would greatly appreciate any insights.

Any guidance or official recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

1. Security Incident Response integration with Honeywell 

Key features

The application ensures seamless synchronization between Honeywell CyberInsights and CyberWatch alerts and the corresponding Security Incidents in ServiceNow, maintaining consistency and up-to-date information across both platforms.

The application mainly enables:

  • Creating Security incidents in ServiceNow for the alerts created in the Honeywell CI/CW platform.
  • Updating Honeywell CI alert status automatically when the State for the corresponding Security Incident is updated in ServiceNow.

2) Service Graph Connector for Honeywell CS 

Description

The Service Graph Connector for Honeywell CS seamlessly imports asset data from Honeywell Cyber Insights/Cyber Watch into the ServiceNow CMDB, following ServiceNow's best practices. This connector imports asset inventory data into the Operational Technology (OT) tables in ServiceNow, and then uses communication data between assets to establish relationships between configuration items. With ServiceNow's Guided Setup, the connector can easily manage one or multiple connections to Honeywell Cyber Insights/Cyber Watch, streamlining the integration process.
