Issue with the end connectors for OT Advanced Change playbook activities.

After Installed the OT change Management plugin, On the Advanced OT Change playbook we can see end connectors are missing for the 2 activities.  when we are trying to connect them and saving then a info message came and it's saying that all missing connectors are mapped but when we either refresh the page or go back to that playbook again we can still see the missing connectors. could someone help me what to do here. Below is are two activities where end connectors are missing.

Did you get this resolved? I have the same issue but not related to the OT change Management plugin. It started after upgrading to Washington.
