Mark Complete and Update buttons are not working on the OT change Playbook form.

On the OT Change Models playbook form, Mark Complete and Update buttons are not working. could someone help me why is that not working and the resolution.

is this happening to all records when playbook is attached?

If yes then seems to me like a platform bug.
